- 1–2 tubes store-bought cookie dough (or your favorite homemade recipe)
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 8 oz Cool Whip, thawed
- 2/3 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Fresh fruit of your choice (sliced)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Press cookie dough evenly into a pizza pan to form a large crust. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown. Let cool completely.
- In a bowl, whip together cream cheese, Cool Whip, sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
- Spread the frosting over the cooled cookie crust.
- Arrange your favorite sliced fruits on top of the frosting.
