DIY Easy Fruit Pizza

Sunshine and summertime just make you want to devour every delicious fruit in sight, am I right? Well, when I saw someone make a fruit pizza for the 4th of July, I knew I had to try it with all our family’s favorite fruits!

My kids and I whipped this pizza up in no time! Seriously, SO YUMMY! This is definitely the perfect summer treat!

Ingredients

  • 12 tubes store-bought cookie dough (or your favorite homemade recipe)
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 8 oz Cool Whip, thawed
  • 2/3 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Fresh fruit of your choice (sliced)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Press cookie dough evenly into a pizza pan to form a large crust. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown. Let cool completely.
  3. In a bowl, whip together cream cheese, Cool Whip, sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
  4. Spread the frosting over the cooled cookie crust.
  5. Arrange your favorite sliced fruits on top of the frosting.
  6. Slice and enjoy!
