- 5 yellow squash (sliced 1/4″)
- 1 onion (chopped)
- Salt, pepper
- ¼ tsp cayenne pepper (optional)
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup Pepper Jack cheese
- 8 oz sour cream
- 1 sleeve buttery crackers (crushed)
- 2 tbsp melted butter
