- 1 cup water
- 1 pound green beans, trimmed
- Salt
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- Black pepper
- 1-2 tablespoons lemon juice
Instructions
- Boil green beans with water and salt for 3 minutes. Drain and set aside.
- Heat olive oil and butter in a pan. Sauté beans for 1 minute.
- Add garlic, salt, and pepper. Cook for 30 seconds, until fragrant.
- Remove from heat, stir in lemon juice, and serve!
