- 1 1/2 cups flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup butter
- Heaping 1/3 cup vanilla (or any flavor) yogurt
- 1 cup quick oats
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375° F.
- Mix flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt, and sugar.
- Cut in butter until it’s like small pebbles.
- Add yogurt and quick oats, mix well.
- Shape dough into a ½” thick circle on parchment paper.
- Cut into 8 triangles and spread them out.
- Brush tops with yogurt using a pastry brush.
- Bake at 375° F for 15 minutes until golden brown.
- Cool completely before serving. Enjoy!
