Instructions

  2. Melt butter in a nonstick skillet on medium-low heat until it starts bubbling.
  3. Slowly pour eggs into the pan. Swiftly slide them around with a spatula until they’re just about set (around 2 minutes).
  4. Quickly plate them up to avoid overcooking, then sprinkle on flaky salt and ground pepper. Enjoy the egg-cellence!
