Instructions
- Whisk eggs with salt until they turn pale yellow (30 seconds, no more).
- Melt butter in a nonstick skillet on medium-low heat until it starts bubbling.
- Slowly pour eggs into the pan. Swiftly slide them around with a spatula until they’re just about set (around 2 minutes).
- Quickly plate them up to avoid overcooking, then sprinkle on flaky salt and ground pepper. Enjoy the egg-cellence!
