If you’re a fan of brie cheese, you’ll love this easy baked brie recipe! Just make sure to put the brie in the oven straight from the fridge, not when it’s already at room temperature, to prevent it from melting too much while baking.

  • 1/4 cup pomegranate arils
  • 2 tablespoons chopped pistachios
  • Rosemary sprigs (for fancy points)
  • ½ cucumber, thin strips
  • Honey (for that sweet drizzle)
  • Flaky sea salt (optional)
  • Toasted baguette or crackers (your choice), for serving

Instructions

  1. Heat the oven to 350°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Pop the brie on the sheet and bake for 8 minutes until soft in the middle.
