Ingredients

For the rim:

  • ¼ cup kosher salt
  • 1 Tbsp finely chopped celery leaves
  • Juice from 1 lemon

For the Bloody Mary:

  • 8 oz vodka
  • 1 oz lemon juice
  • 1 oz Dijon mustard
  • 1 oz prepared grated horseradish (or slightly less fresh grated)
  • 10 dashes Worcestershire sauce
  • 10 dashes Tabasco sauce

12 oz tomato juice

Optional garnishes:
celery, cornichons, green olives with pimento, lemon wedge, roasted shrimp, bacon, fresh dill

Instructions

  1. Make the celery salt rim: Mix salt and chopped celery leaves. Dip glass rims in lemon juice, then coat with the celery salt mixture.
  2. Combine all Bloody Mary ingredients (except garnishes) in a pitcher and stir well.
  3. Fill glasses with ice, pour in the Bloody Mary mix, and garnish as desired. Enjoy!
