This buffalo chicken dip recipe is a total game-changer! It’s packed with flavor, easy to throw together, and guaranteed to disappear in minutes.


  • 3 cups cooked, shredded chicken (rotisserie chicken works great!)
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup hot sauce (like Frank’s RedHot)
  • 1/2 cup ranch or blue cheese dressing
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded Colby-Jack cheese
  • Optional: blue cheese crumbles & green onion for garnish


  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Spray a baking dish with non-stick spray.
  2. In a saucepan, combine cream cheese, hot sauce, dressing, and garlic powder. Heat until melted and smooth.
  3. Stir in chicken and 1 cup of cheese. Pour into baking dish.
  4. Top with remaining cheese. Bake 30 minutes, or until bubbly and melted.
  5. Garnish with blue cheese and green onion (optional). Serve with veggies, chips, or crackers.
