- 3 cups cooked, shredded chicken (rotisserie chicken works great!)
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup hot sauce (like Frank’s RedHot)
- 1/2 cup ranch or blue cheese dressing
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1 1/2 cups shredded Colby-Jack cheese
- Optional: blue cheese crumbles & green onion for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Spray a baking dish with non-stick spray.
- In a saucepan, combine cream cheese, hot sauce, dressing, and garlic powder. Heat until melted and smooth.
- Stir in chicken and 1 cup of cheese. Pour into baking dish.
- Top with remaining cheese. Bake 30 minutes, or until bubbly and melted.
- Garnish with blue cheese and green onion (optional). Serve with veggies, chips, or crackers.
