- 1 (21 oz) can cherry pie filling
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup milk
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/4 cup butter
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Melt butter in a 9×9 inch baking pan.
- In a bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, milk, and baking powder. Pour over melted butter (don’t stir!).
- Top with cherry pie filling. Bake uncovered for 40-45 minutes, or until golden brown.
- Let cool slightly, then serve warm with ice cream (optional). Enjoy!

Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for 4-5 days.
