This cherry cobbler recipe is a true gem – simple to make yet incredibly satisfying. With just a handful of ingredients, you can whip up a dessert that’s bursting with flavor and nostalgia.

  • Total Time: 1 hour

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 (21 oz) can cherry pie filling
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1/4 cup butter

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Melt butter in a 9×9 inch baking pan.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, milk, and baking powder. Pour over melted butter (don’t stir!).
  3. Top with cherry pie filling. Bake uncovered for 40-45 minutes, or until golden brown.
  4. Let cool slightly, then serve warm with ice cream (optional). Enjoy!
