- 1 pint strawberries
- Fun toppings (optional): sprinkles, mini chocolate chips, chopped nuts, crushed candy bars, crushed peppermint
Instructions
- Prep your baking sheet: Line it with parchment paper and set it aside.
- Melt the chocolate: In a small bowl, microwave chocolate and shortening in 30-second bursts, stirring after each, until smooth.
- Dip and decorate: Hold a strawberry by the stem and dip it completely in the chocolate. Let excess drip off before placing it on the baking sheet. Now’s the time for toppings – add them right away!
- Chill and enjoy: Let the strawberries set in the fridge for about 15 minutes, then devour!
