- Pre-baked deep dish pie crust (store-bought is fine)
- 3-4 tomatoes, sliced
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 cups shredded cheese (Gruyere, provolone, or mozzarella)
- 1/2 teaspoon dried basil
- 1/4 cup chopped green onion
- 12 crackers, crumbled
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
Instructions
- Pat dry and layer tomato slices in the pre-baked crust. Season with salt and pepper.
- Mix cheese, mayo, basil, and green onion. Spread over tomatoes.
- Combine crumbled crackers and melted butter. Sprinkle on top of the pie.
- Bake covered at 350°F (175°C) for 25 minutes.
