Ingredients

- 1 pound cooked ham, diced
- ¾ cup mayonnaise
- 1 cup diced celery
- Black pepper (to taste)
Optional Add-Ins:
- 3 tablespoons sweet relish
- 2 teaspoons mustard (yellow or Dijon)
- ½ cup chopped dill pickles
- 1 green onion, finely sliced
- 2 tablespoons dill pickle juice
Instructions
- Pulse the diced ham in a food processor a few times until finely chopped (or chop finely by hand).
- In a bowl, combine the ham, mayonnaise, celery, and black pepper.
- Stir in any of the optional add-ins you like.
- Serve with crackers, bread, rolls, or even on a salad!
Notes
- Taste and adjust seasonings as desired. You may not need additional salt depending on the ham’s saltiness.
- No food processor? No problem! Just chop the ham very finely by hand.
