Instructions
- Heat it Up: Preheat your oven to broil (high heat).
- Prep the Lobster: Using kitchen shears, cut each lobster tail down the back (butterfly them). Season the lobster meat with salt and pepper.
- Make the Garlic Butter: In a small bowl, whisk together melted butter, garlic, paprika, thyme, rosemary, and parsley.
- Broil and Serve: Place lobster tails on a baking sheet and brush generously with the garlic butter. Broil for 8-10 minutes, or until lobster meat is opaque and slightly browned. Serve immediately, with additional melted butter for dipping if desired.
