- ¼ cup flour
- 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
- ¼ cup sugar
- ½ teaspoon baking powder
- Pinch of salt
- ¼ cup milk
- 3 tablespoons oil
- ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 tablespoons chocolate chips
Instructions
- In a bowl, whisk dry ingredients (flour, cocoa powder, sugar, baking powder, salt).
- Mix in milk, oil, and vanilla until combined.
- Fold in chocolate chips.
- Divide batter evenly into two mugs (safe for microwaving). Don’t fill past halfway!
- Microwave one mug on high for 1 minute. Check for doneness (set in the center). Microwave in 15-30 second bursts if needed.
- Enjoy your warm mug cake immediately!
