I got this classic potato salad recipe that’s perfect for any summer cookout. It’s super easy to make ahead of time and packed with flavor!

  • 3 pounds Yukon gold potatoes, diced (1-inch pieces)
  • 4 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons yellow mustard
  • 2 teaspoons apple cider vinegar
  • 2 teaspoons relish
  • ¼ cup green onion, sliced
  • Spices: paprika, dill, salt, pepper

Instructions
