  • ½ cup melted butter

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9×5 inch loaf pan.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt.
  3. Stir in sugar and beer until a batter forms (it will be thick).
  4. Pour batter into prepared pan and top with melted butter.
  5. Bake for 50-55 minutes, or until golden brown and a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
