Ingredients
Scale
- 1 pound chicken wings (frozen is okay!)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/4 cup hot sauce
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
Instructions
- Defrost Wings (10 minutes): Pop the frozen wings straight into your air fryer basket and cook at 400°F for 10 minutes. This takes the chill off. Take them out, drain any liquid, and put them in a bowl.
- Season Wings: Toss the wings with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Cook Wings (10-12 minutes): Put the seasoned wings back in the air fryer basket and cook for another 10-12 minutes, or until they reach an internal temperature of 165°F and look crispy.
- Make Sauce (while wings cook): In a small bowl, whisk together hot sauce, honey, and Worcestershire sauce.
- Glaze Wings: Once cooked, brush the hot honey buffalo sauce over the wings and enjoy!
