  • Total Time: 15 minutes
  • Yield: 4 1x

Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 skinless fish fillets (cod, mahi mahi, etc.), cut into 1-inch pieces
  • Olive oil spray
  • Cajun seasoning (2-3 teaspoons, to taste)
  • Mayo (1/4 cup)
  • Sriracha or chipotle sauce (1 teaspoon)
  • 1 lime, juiced (plus wedges for serving)
  • Slaw mix (5 cups, pre-shredded cabbage and carrots work well)
  • Olive oil (1/2 tablespoon)
  • Salt (1/2 teaspoon)
  • Cilantro (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Spray fish with olive oil and coat with Cajun seasoning. Squeeze half a lime over the fish.
  2. Mix mayo, sriracha/chipotle sauce, and remaining lime juice. Add a little water to make it drizzable.
  3. Air Fryer: Cook fish at 400°F for 6 minutes, shaking the basket halfway
  4. No Air Fryer: Heat a skillet on high, spray with oil, and cook fish for 5-6 minutes.
  5. While fish cooks, toss slaw with olive oil, salt, and remaining lime juice.
  6. Serve: Divide slaw on plates, top with fish, drizzle with spicy mayo, and garnish with lime wedges and cilantro (optional).
