The original Knorr Spinach Dip, made with that handy packet of seasoning mix, has been a hit at gatherings for years.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 10 oz frozen spinach, thawed, drained, squeezed
  • 16 oz sour cream
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 packet Knorr Vegetable Recipe Mix
  • 8 oz water chestnuts, drained, chopped
  • 4 scallions, chopped
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp nutmeg
  • Salt & pepper

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix well.
  2. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  3. Chill for at least 2 hours (up to 48 hours).
  4. Serve with bread, crackers, or vegetables.

Notes

  • Make it ahead: Chill for up to 2 days.
  • Store leftovers covered in the fridge for 3-4 days.
  • Don’t freeze.
