Ingredients

- 10 oz frozen spinach, thawed, drained, squeezed
- 16 oz sour cream
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 packet Knorr Vegetable Recipe Mix
- 8 oz water chestnuts, drained, chopped
- 4 scallions, chopped
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp nutmeg
- Salt & pepper
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix well.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Chill for at least 2 hours (up to 48 hours).
- Serve with bread, crackers, or vegetables.
Notes
- Make it ahead: Chill for up to 2 days.
- Store leftovers covered in the fridge for 3-4 days.
- Don’t freeze.
