- 4 kohlrabi bulbs
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt & pepper
Instructions
- Heat oven to 425°F.
- Trim kohlrabi tops (save for salads or stir-fries) and cut bulbs into 1/2-inch slices. Peel if desired.
- Toss kohlrabi with olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Roast for 22-24 minutes, or until tender-crisp.
- Enjoy warm!

- Like it firmer? Cut thicker slices.
