The Easy and Mild Roasted Vegetable You Must Try is Kohlrabi!

Ingredients

  • 4 kohlrabi bulbs
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt & pepper

Instructions

  1. Heat oven to 425°F.
  2. Trim kohlrabi tops (save for salads or stir-fries) and cut bulbs into 1/2-inch slices. Peel if desired.
  3. Toss kohlrabi with olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. Roast for 22-24 minutes, or until tender-crisp.
  5. Enjoy warm!

Notes

  1. Like it firmer? Cut thicker slices.
