- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 1 (15 oz) can refried beans
- ½ cup corn
- ½ cup sliced olives
- ½ cup black beans
- ½ cup salsa
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup shredded jack cheese
- (Optional) Chopped cilantro, sour cream, jalapeños, chopped tomatoes
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Brown ground beef in a skillet, drain grease, and mix with taco seasoning.
- Spread tortilla chips on a baking sheet. Top with refried beans, taco meat, corn, olives, black beans, salsa, and cheese. Add fresh jalapeños (if using).
- Bake 12-15 minutes, or until cheese melts.
- Top with desired toppings (sour cream, cilantro, canned jalapeños, tomatoes) and serve warm.
