Imagine your friends’ faces lighting up when they see a platter filled with these little pool scenes! Each gummy ring transforms into a pool floatie, holding a tiny gummy bear “dipper.” It’s the perfect poolside refreshment with a playful twist.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 3 oz. blue raspberry gelatin mix
  • 1 cup boiling water
  • 1 cup vodka (optional, substitute with cold water for non-alcoholic version)
  • Peach ring gummies
  • Gummy bears
  • Small disposable cups (1 oz.)

Instructions

  1. Set out your disposable cups on a tray. Make sure you have space in the fridge for the tray later.
  2. In a large measuring cup with a spout (or bowl), whisk the boiling water and gelatin mix until dissolved.
  3. Stir in the vodka (or cold water).
  4. Carefully pour the mixture into the cups, almost filling them.
  5. Refrigerate for 3 hours or until set.
  6. Decorate: Top each jello shot with a peach ring gummy and half a gummy bear stuck inside the ring.
  7. Keep refrigerated until serving and enjoy chilled! These will stay good for a week.
